In addition, the company has added cybersecurity veterans John Steven and Shaun Murphy to its Board of Directors.

NightVision executives will rely heavily on its advisors for product development and go-to-market strategy and execution.

Didi Dayton – Dayton is labeled 'the best networker in Cybersecurity.' Didi brings over 25 years of experience in building early-stage and hyper-scaled businesses, including 13 M&A and three post-merger integration teams (NYSE: ARW) and one IPO (NASDAQ: FEYE).
Jennifer Ceran – Ceran, a NightVision co-founder, held Treasurer, Investor Relations, and/or CFO roles at eBay, PayPal, Cisco, Box, Sara Lee, and Smartsheet. Board experience includes NerdWallet, Klaviyo, Auth0, Riskified, and Wyze Labs.
Sateesh Prabakaran – Prabakaran is the managing director of payments technology at JPMorgan, which includes management of Modern DevOps teams and their code development and tools. He is a former IT and security leader at Raymond James Financial, Standard & Poors, Bank of New York Mellon, and Lehman Brothers.
Hrishi Joshi – Hrishi is the Director of Software Engineering for Microsoft with over 25 years of experience in eCommerce, SaaS, ERP, Developer Platforms, and InfoSec domains. He has held engineering leadership roles at Amazon, Smartsheet, Intel, and two startups over a 25-year career.
Tuck Rickards – Rickards heads Russell Reynold's San Francisco office and leads the Core & Growth Technology Practice. He is a member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners, where he focuses on transformational leadership issues. Tuck works closely with growth-stage businesses on building leadership teams and boards and finding talent.
Board of Directors
John Steven – Steven joins the Board of Directors with over two decades of experience in software security and advising successful startups. He is an advisor to CISOs within the financial space and a fractional CTO to application security startups.
Shaun Murphy – Shaun is a veteran of the cybersecurity industry and a distinguished engineer at UiPath. For over 25 years, Shaun has commercialized patented cybersecurity technologies and has held pivotal roles including head of product security at Harness, head of security engineering at Canonical and systems architect roles at Leidos and SAIC.
NightVision recently secured a $5.4 million seed fund investment from entrepreneurs and executives across cybersecurity, industrial, consumer, and financial services sectors. The company will launch its first application security testing product in May.
