George Prince has founded 2 companies that have pioneered digital technologies where he invented and patented key technologies.  Both companies were acquired by NYSE companies (CBS and Gerber Scientific). Uniquely, in both companies, George innovated and invented solutions that both S&P 500 companies as well as small businesses could benefit from dramatically. Recently, as a multi-billion dollar portfolio manager for the Royal Bank of Canada, George specialized in research of cyber security, software, and tech companies.  Furthermore, George has been responsible for the setup and operations of manufacturing, sales, marketing, service, and finance for global manufacturing and tech companies.  Over the years, George has accumulated a vast network that should assist NightVision.  George graduated from Yale University with studies focused on business and advertising.

Kinnaird McQuade is an ethical hacker by trade and is recognized as an industry expert and leader in Cloud Security and Cloud Automation. Kinnaird has published open-source security tools with millions of downloads such as Cloudsplaining (~2m downloads), and Policy Sentry (~2m downloads) among others. He has been the primary architect and leader on major security initiatives at both Square and SalesForce.com. Throughout his career, he has consulted with leaders of Fortune 500 customers to improve and automate their security practices.  Passionate about innovation and security evangelism, he has presented his security tools and techniques at multiple security conferences, webinars, YouTube channels and podcasts. Kinnaird has held top security positions at Square, Salesforce, and Synopsys after getting both his undergrad and grad degrees in Cyber Security.

As the President and CEO of Advanced Systems Resources, Jeff has been at the forefront of mobile technology innovation, steering the company through various phases of growth and market expansion.

Beyond his executive role, Jeff has a proven track record as an investor, having successfully guided multiple ventures from startup stages to lucrative exits. His strategic investments and hands-on approach have consistently resulted in substantial returns, underscoring his acumen in identifying and nurturing high-potential opportunities.

Jeff’s commitment to fostering innovation extends to his involvement in academia and mentorship. A CFA charterholder, he began his career at Arthur Andersen and serves as Vice-Chair of Loyola University Maryland’s Board. He is also active in Maryland-based philanthropy.

Daniel Rizzo serves as Fellow of Innovations for Inovalon, Inc., a leading healthcare technology company providing an integrated cloud-based platform empowering data driven healthcare.

From the start of Inovalon through it’s initial public offering, Mr. Rizzo has served in numerous senior management positions, including the role of Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Information SecurityOfficer, assigned to the oversight of all product development and material product updates and expansions of capability; the coordination of financial planning and modeling associated with new product design; the oversight of data analytics and processing; and oversight of the Company’s information technology security policies and procedures.  Mr.Rizzo began his career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he advised clients in the health care, telecommunications, and insurance industries.  

In addition to his role at Inovalon, Mr. Rizzo holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees at Loyola UniversityMaryland, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree inBusiness Administration.  He is highly active in several philanthropic organizations serving disadvantages communities in Maryland, including serving as President of the Board of Catholic Charities in Maryland, and Chair of the Board of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School.

William Schroeder

William “Bill” Schroeder is a seasoned International Investment Banking Executive with 30+ years of experience in M&A and corporate development for global manufacturing and contracting industries. Most recently, as Corporate Development Senior Director at Jabil Inc. (2005–2020), he orchestrated transformative expansions and led strategic partnerships across six continents. He directly led transactions that added over $1 billion in revenue and established new manufacturing operations in more than a dozen countries.

William “Bill” Schroeder is a seasoned international investment banking executive with over three decades of experience leading M&A and corporate development across the global manufacturing and contract services industries. He brings a rare blend of financial expertise and operational insight, with a career spanning investment banking, credit analysis, and the hands-on execution of cross-border transactions.

Most recently, Bill served as Corporate Development Senior Director at Jabil Inc., a Fortune 200 manufacturing company with operations in over 30 countries. During his 15-year tenure, he led global acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, working across functions to identify, negotiate, and integrate transformative deals. His work supported Jabil’s expansion into healthcare, advanced packaging, and consumer electronics, while also extending its operational footprint across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

Earlier in his career, Bill was a Partner at McFarland Dewey & Co., where he advised clients across sectors including medical devices, infrastructure, specialty chemicals, and financial services. He structured IPOs and equity offerings, built detailed financial models, and conducted competitive and industry-specific analysis. He began his career at GE Capital, where he managed international credit portfolios and advised on capital structure for highly leveraged companies.

Bill holds an MBA in Finance, Investments, and Banking, as well as a BA in International Economics, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. His background in international finance, operational M&A, and strategic growth planning makes him a valuable contributor to organizations navigating complex expansion and acquisition efforts.

Gregory Trepp

Greg Trepp is the former President and CEO of Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company, where he led the business from its 2017 spin-off through his recent retirement. Over a career spanning more than two decades at Hamilton Beach and its affiliates, Greg held numerous senior leadership roles after beginning as Director of Marketing in 1996. Prior to that, he held positions at Pepperidge Farm and Young & Rubicam.

Greg has recently retired as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Hamilton Beach Brands Holding Company, a position he held since September 29, 2017 when the company was spun off from NACCO Industries,Inc.  From January 2010 until 2017, Mr. Trepp was President and Chief Executive Officer of Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc.and Chief Executive Officer of Kitchen Collection, LLC, both subsidiaries ofNACCO Industries, Inc.  Mr. Trepp joined Hamilton Beach Brands in 1996 as Director of Marketing and over the years held a number of senior leadership and executive leadership positions in the Hamilton Beach Brands Consumer, International and Commercial divisions as well as at Kitchen Collection, LLC.  

Prior to Hamilton Beach Brands, Greg held a range of positions at Pepperidge Farm, Inc, a subsidiary of Campbell Soup Company, and at the advertising firm Young & Rubicam.

Doug founded ION Marketing Group in 2004 and was the Managing Partner until 2022 where he oversaw the business with a focus on business development, strategy and the creation of integrated marketing solution for clients across ION's portfolio of offerings. ION's offerings include research + insights, branding/design, experiential marketing/event production, sponsorship/partnership initiatives, consumer + trade promotions, content creation, digital/social/influencer campaigns, corporate hospitality, and cause efforts all tailored to energize the business of the brands and properties ION worked with.  

During Doug’s tenure running the company, ION delivered B2C and B2B solutions for a diverse portfolio of brands and properties such as Target, the NFL, NBC Sports, Estee Lauder, New Balance, Justin Bieber + Ariana Grande, Men’s Journal, Bacardi, Visa, Lufthansa Group, SportsNet NY, Canon USA, Oatly, Gilead Sciences, Google and several other leading and challenger brands in a variety verticals.   

Before starting ION in 2004, Doug spent time on the sales and operations side of high-profile sports properties (ESPN, World Cup/Olympic Games, Tour of America) and media companies where he quickly realized that clients were looks at as transactions to hit plans and not being best served and services with solutions tailored to their business needs. Enter ION. 

Doug is now the founding member of Queens Gate Group LLC which manages investments via active advisory roles in HOLSTIK Wellness + MyHi (two innovative brands in the wellness + cannabis space), GameFace Grooming, AhhGave Spirits and now NightVision Security.  Doug continues to dabble as a consultant in the sales + marketing services space for select brands looking to leverage his/QGG’s expertise and vast relationship network.  

Doug currently lives in Connecticut with his wife and two sons but still considers himself a New Yorker after spending 22+ years in “the city”.

Qilong joins NightVision from Mobi, where he led a global team in implementing collaborative AI solutions across diverse industries. Prior to Mobi, Qilong held leadership positions at SilverRail (acquired by Expedia), Gomez (acquired by Compuware), and Dynatrace, a leading observability software vendor.

Paul Perkins began his career with NightVision in August of 2024.  The mission is to sell, sell & sell again by building the GTM strategy, the sales methodology, sales process, vertical & general messaging and over time to build a team of sellers, while managing current sales activities and personnel. Additionally, part of this mission is to identify VAR and Channel partners to further build the success of our sales team. Paul reports to George Prince CEO of NightVision.

With over 25 years of Cyber Security experience Paul joins NightVision from Binary Defense an industry leading MDR/EDR & NDR provider.  Prior to Binary Defense Paul has held various positions with Cap Gemini, Wipro, Canda, Dell & IBM as both a sales leader and individual contributor.  Paul’s mission has always been to bring industry leading, cutting-edge technologies to enterprise clients spanning multiple verticals to include commercial enterprise, Federal, SLEd clients to make them & their constituents safe & secure.

Paul lives in Flagler Beach, FL with his wife and 5 children, 2 of whom are still at home.  In his very limited spare time, Paul enjoys working out, in-shore & off-shore fishing, golfing, hunting and surfing all with his wife & family.  Paul attended both Kean University and University of Florida after serving in the United States Army as a member of the elite Task Force 160 Night Stalkers.  Paul has completed executive level leadership classes with Cap Gemini, Wipro, IBM, Dell and Computer Associates.
